I came in for an oil change and the Service mechanic tried to upsale me into spending $600 in services l didn’t need.

I went in for a final checkup just under my 3 year expiration with only 24,000 miless on my CRV. Annoying that they wanted to charge me to diagnose things, i had a serious lack of trust when they quoted me tire and a new rim, considering that the retail price for the rim was $300 more than retail price. Needless to say, I wont be going back to them.

Great customer service from my service advisor, Stone. The service technician, Steve provided a thorough video inspection so I could better understand potential issues and make an informed decision about what repair work to have completed.

Omar was awesome, experience was simple, quick and easy. They were very helpful to me and my son. Dealership had options and was sure clean and nice.

The dealership is very professional and the sales rep was very knowledgeable of the entire process. He explained the functionalities of the car in extreme detail which I liked.

The sales tech, Darius, was young but he had impressively good manners. He cared about my needs. I showed him a list of what I wanted and he sought to accommodate me. I had gone to a previous dealership. The manager had 22 years in the business but he lacked professionalism because he was snooty. He looked down his nose at me and failed to respect my wishes. Darius was very courteous and respectful. He did so many polite things that there is not sufficient space here to innumerate it. He made it a pleasant experience.

Excellent service the staff was very helpful, they took good care of me and kept me informed of the repair work on my car. I have been getting my car serviced at the Honda Service Center for the past 17 years and the workmanship is A plus.
