My husband and I had a bad experience with Sandy Taylor

My husband and I had a bad experience with Sandy Taylor in the past and this time was no exception. I have been bringing my Acura TLX for oil changes for the last 6 years. Her first words to me were "are you sure you're in the right dealership" As if I was a total idiot and didn't know where I was. When I assured her I was, she went on and on about it. I clearly had an appointment and she never bothered to look it up. She also made mention several times how she was going to put in my records that I declined the brake maintenance , when my brakes are at 8/10. I do not EVER want her as my service representative again. Or, I will take my business somewhere else. My sister brought her CRV in with a small issue, Sandy told her it would cost $200 and she would have to leave it for several days. My sister went to a dealership in Streetsboro, they fixed it on the spot for free.

Ken was very knowledgeable.

Sandy Taylor is great. Gives very trustworthy advice and always goes the extra mile to accommodate a customer, fitting repairs in on short notice.

Dj was our Sales representative.

Dj was our Sales representative. He was very helpful and made our whole experience pleasant. He responded quickly when we had questions and followed up with us to make sure everything was going well! The sales manager was very professional and made us feel comfortable. I love my new CRV!!

Excellent service and they really took care of me.

Excellent service and they really took care of me. Kept me up to date on the car repairs and resolved the problem. Been using the service center for 17 years and they have always done an excellent job.

Left the car a mess upon pick up then when asked for

Left the car a mess upon pick up then when asked for feedback the service manager tried to blame me for the tech not putting things back appropriately. Very defensive and no respect for the customer. Also, asked about my service warranties and received push back about those as well since I bought from another Honda dealer.
