Excellent service and they really took care of me.

Excellent service and they really took care of me. Kept me up to date on the car repairs and resolved the problem. Been using the service center for 17 years and they have always done an excellent job.

Left the car a mess upon pick up then when asked for

Left the car a mess upon pick up then when asked for feedback the service manager tried to blame me for the tech not putting things back appropriately. Very defensive and no respect for the customer. Also, asked about my service warranties and received push back about those as well since I bought from another Honda dealer.

Team always makes the process quick and easy. They answer all my questions and make sure that I am comfortable with my purchase before leaving. They also keep in contact to make sure things are going well with my new vehicle .

From the moment I walked in, there were great laughs, genuine conversations, and a true family vibe that made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Travis was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. He made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. Ira was just as amazing—he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the finance process smooth and easy. This didn’t feel like a typical car-buying experience—it felt like working with family. I highly recommend Jay Honda and strongly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Travis and Ira.
