Marc is always welcoming and takes care of whatever is needed! He keeps his word, e.g., he promised to send me my receipt in the mail, which he did. I enjoy the service and personalities at the Bedford dealership. I live in Cuyahoga Falls and will not take my car to the dealership close by on account of the poor service there.

Excellent service. They researched the 9 year maintence record from the previous dealer and rectified missing maintenance that transformed my car.

I had a pleasant an experience at Jay Honda dealership. I was not pushed to make a car purchase. Things were explained to me. I was shown the exact cars that I was interested in purchasing. I had time to go home and decide what I want to do as far buying a new car. Omar kept in touch with me every few days just to to see if there is anything he could assist me with the whole experience was wonderful and I would refer this dealer to other people interested in purchase a new car
