Jill Ziehm, the Service Advisor, was excellent! She was knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. She was thorough in explaining things to me and keeping me updated on her dealings with my insurance company. I was given a loaner car so that I could get to and from work while my car was being repaired. Jill was always a step ahead of problems and readily had solutions for them.

Super easy to work with, and very friendly staff. There was also low pressure in the sales. Bought a great truck at a reasonable price.

I had a great experience at Jay Honda. They treated us wonderfully—even though it was nearly closing time, they never rushed us, and I am extremely happy with how they helped us with every question we had. Although I wasn't entirely sure what decision we would make, going in and speaking with Rob Logan (Bedford Hts) to figure out the best option helped us tremendously. That very same day, we made a decision and drove off in our new CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid. Thank You!

I have had great service at jay honda! My service man Tye has always communicated what all needs done and what preventative maintenance can be performed, with driving being a top priority of my work, I can definitely appreciate that! The waiting area is clean with refreshments and overall customer service is just fantastic! Im glad i bought the car there and with honda! And when im ready to buy another, im going to buy from jay honda! Thank you!

Our experience at Jay Honda was top notch! After shopping other dealers we got a great quote on a new Civic without the usual haggling. The car was prepped and delivered without any issues and paperwork was smooth. Highly recommend them.

Sales department did not deliver on their commitments after the deal was made. Make sure you leave that day with everything you agree on otherwise you will get cheated.

i was charged over 800 additional dollars to fix a rattle as a “starting point” (guess work, in my opinion). Now i still have a rattle and i’m broke!
