Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.

Great service! I stayed and waited for my car to have a break line replaced the waiting area was clean and inviting. Best of all they had the Reds game on TV !

Excellent service dept.
Excellent service dept. I couldent belive that there were still buisnessess out there that really goes out of thier way to help you with Ford issues. My first experience with them with a car repair has me realizing that there really is buisness out there that give a dam about you! I had my car at another dealer and all i got was the run around and lies! Theese people are genuine, and really do care about your Ford problems. Ryan in service dept is honest. No bull, strait up man!! Woody sander ford now has all my buisness, as well as everyone i know i will tell to use theese guys for repairs on ford vehicles. Thank you Ryan Kaiser

Unlike the dealer i used in the past, everyone in this building i walked past when i picked up my car spoke to me. Covid, YOU DID NOT RUIN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Ordered a Maverick in September 2022 from salesman Bob
Ordered a Maverick in September 2022 from salesman Bob Marks and General Manager Matt Sander. They were both knowledgeable of the product and helped guide me through the ordering process. Vehicle was delivered in July 2023. Bob kept me informed throughout the whole process until vehicle was delivered. I would highly recommend Woody Sander Ford
