Air-con not working; it was the fan.
Air-con not working; it was the fan. Part ordered, & was placed. Service dept. excellent with Ernie there. They brought me home, & picked me up at home when the car was ready. Ernie communicated everything to me by phone.

Honestly, I would rather drive to another dealership for service. I walked into an empty shop early in the morning, an early bird. Employees were too busy on their phones, no acknowledgment or even eye contact, lack of communication between the team members, not rude, just plain communication. This place lacks leadership and training; in the Rio Grande Valley, it may be the worst in terms of service and facilities. It was just an oil change!

Great customer service from beginning to end! Cano had no problem helping me find the right vehicle that would meet all my needs. We test drove over 4 vehicles until I found the one. I never felt pressure even though it was close to closing time. Arturo was also absolutely amazing and patient with my husband and I. We were treated and greeted like family and never did we felt at any point that they just wanted to make the sale. I highly recommend Tipotex Chevrolet in Brownsville, TX.

Went in to fix heater, drove two days there was a racking sound, took it back , now my thermostat not working, paid a good amount of money to fix it the first time and now there saying it?s the thermostat and they needed to charge me more money for something that was not fixed in the first place and now my engine light is on and the fan of my truck is just running when vehicle is off. A had a terrible service for my truck to be fix.

Horrible maintenance service & customer service
I had an appointment, upon arrival we went to the office to check-in and they mentioned that they don't go by appointment and only do walk in. Well, there goes our waste of time setting up the appointment. there was one vehicle in front of us so we decided to stay, our thought was this is going to be quick. Well, I was so wrong, they gave us our vehicle over two hours later and that is because we went to ask about the status of our vehicle. The cashier provided us the key for our Suburban but she didn't know where it was, we had to be looking for our vehicle around the dealership which it was not that hard to find. We get to our vehicle and we noticed large stains of oil on the body of our vehicle for which we made the report and they offered to wash the vehicle for which decline due to time issues. Keep in mind we wasted over two hours for them to change the oil. A day later (yesterday), my car's system gets me a warning to replenish the windshield fluid, nothing wrong, if it wasn't the report from the oil change reads that SAFETY INSPECTION AND FLUID LEVEL TOP OFF. First time there, last time there.
