We had an emergency repair. We were scheduled to leave town and our AC went out on a 100 degree day. Jeff, the Service Writer got us in and out in a day. Great customer service as always, thanks Jeff and Boswell Eliff.

2015 F150 water pump replacement
Great service team, just had a new water pump installed on my F150, they also took care of a couple recalls the truck had. Was advised there is warranty with the repair, pretty quick turn around as well.

My first contact was Eli, a salesman at the dealership. He treated me well and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. My other contacts at the dealership were also knowledgeable and helpful. I am very satisfied with this dealer since I first went there to now after I have taken delivery of the new truck. I dealt with a few other truck dealers and was also very happy with Hacienda Ford in Edinburg Texas, but decided to work with the local dealer instead.
