I spoke to at least 3 different people and out of the

I spoke to at least 3 different people and out of the three they never gave me numbers instead I had to drive almost 4 hours to get answers in person. I could have saved time if someone had just worked with me over the phone or by email. Worst sales people I have ever worked with!

I purchase a silverado 2021 and started having problems

I purchase a silverado 2021 and started having problems with the OnStar about 4 months after the purchase. I took it back to get it fixed and the staff at the repair center told me they needed to order the antenna for OnStar and that they will call me as soon as they get it. A few weeks went by and no call from them. I had to call to get an update and they told me the part had been there for a while and to take my truck in. I did and they kept the truck for 3 days. When I went back to see if it was ready no one knew what was done to the truck, it had just been there sitting without getting checked or repaired. Long story short; I’ve taken my truck to this dealership 3 times for the same thing and nothing has been done to it. Same thing every time. Some of the people in this place do not take their job seriously and give a very bad experience after the purchase.

Oil change that never happened!

It’s not a surprise to see Bert Ogden Service only have 3 stars on their reviews! Arrived at 4 pm service people will not take my Silverado for a simple oil change. Service did not make an effort to accommodate my oil change. I had to go with the competition which took my truck no questions asked. Will think twice about taking my truck back there.

No follow up . . .

7.21.3023 Staff is generally polite and courteous, but appears not to follow up with promised service or information. After a week and multiple conversations, I have yet to receive requested warranty information. Alan.M

I have talked to and emailed Elizabeth Torres multiple

I have talked to and emailed Elizabeth Torres multiple times about buying a pearl white 70th anniversary C8 coupe. She said there there is one available that is in transit available for $83,840. I agreed to purchase it. She set up an appointment for an appraisal of the trade in. She also said that the finance department will contact me to place the deposit. I drove my car over 14 hours from Fort Bliss for the appointment and also had to pay for a return flight. I have left multiple messages with the finance department. They have never called me back. It turns out she lied about the car being available. I was also contacted by Rene Lopez. When I called him back, someone answered and said: no say hablo english, and then hung up. How are y'all in business with employees this worthless? The owner should be ashamed of being so incapable of running a business.
