Lied about amount of trade in, stole personal items and received no contract. Sales Manager and General Manager won't address the issue. One of their salesmen told me arbitration is more expensive than what I would receive and good luck because that is what they count on

Our experience was very great. Daniel our salesperson was very courteous and kind. He gave us a tour of the facility and would offer us water and asked us if we were fine. While we were waiting he would conversate with us to make our time worth the while. What a great experience.

Ogden Chevrolet has a 2021 Corvette advertised on Facebook for $82,000, which is a good price for that car. I spent three days on FB Messenger with Sam Garcia asking questions about the car. Today I was asking about shipping it to Austin and confirming the $82,000 price when Same comes back to tell me there's a "Market adjustment of $20,000" WHAT? Advertise it at $82,000, negotiate with me for 3 days, send me a window sticker showing a price of $82,000 and then $20,000 for some BS market adjustment. These folks are either idiots or liars - or maybe both.

Don’t waste your money here. They do not care. They have to much. I bought a 2021 crap of Escalade with no resolution. The GM Jakob doesn’t care to rectify anything to make his customer happy after selling me a lemon. Thanks Jakob! You wasted my time and money Run from this place

Still waiting for a response... 7 months in
I have been waiting 7 months on the title and tags for a vehicle that I purchased for our business. The team at Bert Ogden has provided multiple excuses and shifting timelines on when something will happen. I have paid out tens of thousands of dollars months ago and still do not have a street legal vehicle. I am beyond livid. Having taken every other action short of litigation, I want to implore the ownership of Bert Ogden one last time to work with me to resolve this lingering issue that is beginning to feel a bit shady. ***Update 6/4 AM*** This morning, I continue to seek resolution to this lingering problem and continue to wait for clear answers. Upon calling into the dealership, I have been treated as a nuisance. This morning, I was advised that I should come in to the location and wait for an answer. We have actually tried this several times and still await answers. I continue to request a timely response from the ownership of Bert Ogden in regard to our title and tag from a vehicle purchased in November. The local branch will not put me in touch with ownership. ***Update 6/4 PM*** I have tried throughout the day to receive any type of clarity or resolution to my issue. I am told that Mr. Joe Cruz is the only person with whom I can speak and he has refused to take my call throughout the day. I have made quite literally dozens of attempts to contact him today to no avail. I have a list of people now with whom I have spoken at the dealership. I have a list of conflicting responses about when Mr. Cruz will respond (after lunch, in 5 minutes, after this call, when he finishes this meeting). I have sat on hold collectively for a couple hours of my day. I have 0 answers as to where my title and tag are from my purchase in November. I respectfully request that the ownership of Bert Ogden reach out to me to discuss this experience and provide clarity on what is going on. ***Update 6/7 AM*** Back at it this morning attempting to resolve the fact that Bert Ogden took my money in November, but has yet to provide any clarity as to when my title and tags will be available. I called this morning at 10:03. The phone rang for 1 minute and 45 seconds and then I spoke with the operator. She advised that Jakob, the general manager, is not in, but will call me back. At 11:10, I called Mr. Joe Cruz on his cell phone and left him a message requesting a return phone call. I guess we'll see. I will continue to provide updates good, bad or ugly and urge the ownership of Bert Ogden to contact me to provide some clarity. ***Update 6/7 PM*** At 1:46, I called to inquire as to whether Jakob Waldbusser would discuss this lingering issue. After over a minute of the phone ringing, the operator took my name and expressed surprise that Jakob had not returned my call. She confirmed that a message was passed to him at 10:15. She then placed me on hold for 6 minutes while trying to reach Mr. Waldbusser. When she came back on the line she said that while Jakob was working she hadn't seen him, but would send another message. At the close of business, no one from Bert Ogden has returned any of my calls or emails. I urge the Vackar family to reach out to me. ***Update 6/8 AM*** Still no word from Bert Ogden. When I called this morning at around 8:20, the phone was promptly answered by the operator. She advised that Mr. Waldbussed would be in at 9:00 and that she would pass along the message. She assured me that my previous messages had been passed on. I assume that this means that the leadership of Bert Ogden is intentionally ignoring me. I continue to encourage the leadership of Bert Ogden to reach out to me.

Bert Ogden Chevrolet wasted three days of my time with a false advertisement on their website and Cars.com. Once I made contact about buying the 2020 corvette listed they then told me that the website and cars.com price listed was wrong and they could sale it for 20,000 more than advertised. Three different salesman wasted my time on a car advertised for one price just to get you to call only to tell you its wrong but we can sell it to you for another higher price ! Waste of anyones time dealing with these con artist !!
