Dissatisfaction at its best
I was very disappointed with the timeliness of my visit. Several times I was told it would be about ten minutes more. Those ten minutes turned out tobe almost one extra hour. I was initially told 45 min to 1 hour for an oil change and inspection and 2.5 hours later I was given my keys. Bad part is that for the whole time extra that I did wait, my truck never moved or had anyone near it. Never again. I will go elsewhere and do business. Thank you.

Worst Service Ever
The service manager we dealt with was unprofessional, somewhat rude, and didn't call us when he said he would. We took our vehicle on Saturday morning, 2/24/18 and arrived before the service department opened so we would be 1st in line. The service manager checked in our vehicle at 8am and said that he would call us with an update or we could call him to find out what would be needed. We provided him an alternate number to call because were were not going to be home. Around 11am he called the number on the file instead of the alternate number we provided to him. When we received the message, we attempted to call him back for about an hour with no response. We ended up having to go to the dealership to have a conversation about what was needed. After discussing the options, we advised the service person that we would be leaving the vehicle for repairs and also contacting the insurance to file a claim. The service person stated that our vehicle should be ready within 3-4 business days depending on the insurance adjuster. We called our adjuster, filed the claim, and they visited the dealership and left payment for the repairs on Tuesday, February 28, 2018. We waited until Saturday, March 3, 2018 and never received an update on our vehicle. We called and were not able to speak to anyone so we, once again, went to the dealership only to find out that the service manager we were dealing with was off and the mechanic assigned to our vehicle was also off. The service people working could not tell us if our vehicle was ready. All they knew was that the ticket was still open and parts were ordered. They advised us to call on Monday, March 5, 2018 to check on the status. We called and received no response from our service person. We called again on Wednesday, 3/7/18, and the person we spoke to said that our vehicle should be ready some time on Thursday, March 8, 2018. This was a full 11 business days from when we dropped off our vehicle and a full 7 business days from when the dealership received payment for the repairs. The entire customer service experience was poor to say the least. From the service manager, to the mechanic, to the receptionists... No one knew anything and we were bounced around from voicemail to voicemail when we called and only received half answers when we physically went to the dealership to check on the status of our vehicle. Not to mention the extensive time we waited for the repairs to be done after being advised it would only take 3-4 days to complete. The entire experience was completely disappointing.

Once the vehicle was taken in for service, it was quick and efficient. Intake could be a little more streamlined.

Service
I had the worst nightmare with this Dealer, Bought 2014 Camaro took it in 7 times for the same issue never got fixed"a rattle noise" every time they needed to test run it to hear noise, had an excuse not to give me a car every time. They did everything to from time chane to exhaust .. after the 36,000 miles still with the same issue, and they didn't want to see it anymore.. excuse over excuse.. Worse place to buy a car!!
