I just stopped in to look at what they had available and
I just stopped in to look at what they had available and came home with a new car. All in part of Ismael?s knowledge of the inventory and his professionalism. He was very easy to talk to and zeroed me in to the car I purchased smoothly. I enjoyed his company and he had the answers to my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him.

10 weeks since my vehicle was dropped off for a recall,
10 weeks since my vehicle was dropped off for a recall, left for a diagnostic and still cannot figure out what is wrong with it. It is impossible to get a call back from Dana the Advisor non the less the "Manager" Michelle. Absolutely do not recommend this place for service.

Disappointed with the outcome of everything. Some of Spikes Ford sales representatives and mechanics and making the dealership look bad. I've always chosen Spikes Ford for vehicles but after this I will think twice about it

Had oil change on my F-250 at Quick Lane.
Had oil change on my F-250 at Quick Lane. Amanda is my girl for getting all maintenance done on my truck. It can be oil change, tires, batteries and all other maintenance. Amanda also takes care of my wife’s car. She is an excellent asset to you all and she is a gem. My wife and I feel very safe on the road because of her due diligence. Take good care of her.

Monday August 12, 2024 went to get an oil change.
Monday August 12, 2024 went to get an oil change. Had to leave my truck there because there was a wait of 4 hours but took them 6 hours to get my oil changed. I had to call to ask if my truck was ready. I always get the works it includes the tire rotation but since I used a coupon they only paid for oil and filter. I was all day without my truck and still have to pay for the tire rotation which I get with my usual service. I had asked for them to change the air fiter in the cabin and that I expected to pay but not for the tire rotation. I am not happy with the service timming here. Feeling disappointed.

Extremely poor service.
Extremely poor service. Recalls take 5-10 business days even if they tell you a shorter time span. They refuse to lend out loaner vehicles even though they do have some to lend out. We continually have to call and show up to get any update.
