Never have I dealt with a dealership that has provided better service than Braman. From the sale to the maintenance to the quality of the repair work, they are outstanding. And, their service writers are there for you, not how much they can ring up for the cash drawer. We have been buying BMW from Braman for many years, and the tradition will continue. Have recommended them to many friends with great results.

My experience far exceeded my expectation,. This was my second purchase at Braman and my sales person Sarwat Farrag is the best. I would recommend him time and time again. I will be back in 5 years for my third purchase.

A good experience
Our sales associate Jamal Alsafeer made this a pleasant experience.. We looked at Audi and BMW to replace our current Infinity. Jamal took the time to explain clearly the BMW difference and the added value of the dealership.

Great Service and sales experiance
Despite the size and volume of the Braman groupo, I have always felt that my needs were addressed in a freindly and professional way. Rod Ortega and Kendra Zellner in service have always shown that they value my time in addressing service issues; and Brian Wallin and Jorge Mundo were patient with the ordering of my new vehicle. They are all truly exceptional, and a assett not just to BRaman, but BMW as well.

Horrible dealership
Unprofessional rude and unwilling to listen to concerns, customer service the worst I have ever experienced. General Manager did not return call as requested probably because Laurin never told him to call me 40 plus year owner leader never made a complaint until braman

Great Experience!!
My husband and I each got a BMW 528 and we love them!!! Oscar was very helpful and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. Everyone was very friendly at the dealership and went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. We will make sure to visit Oscar again when the time comes for another new car!

Buying a Cayman
The sales process was needs based, and not aggressive. Delivery process was also appropriate It's tough to bargain on price, but I guess if you can't pay MSRP (or very close) for a Porsche, you can't afford the car. Buy a Honda!

Bad attitude

Love this Dealership
I bought a 2011 BMW 3 yrs ago from Braman and went back to find out what options I had since my 2011 was coming out of warranty. I sat down with Chris Barulic and within a few short hours he was helping me transfer all my belongings out of one red BMW into a brand new, 2015 red BMW. Chris introduced me to Fred, who is a sales manager that was able to put a deal together and Devaughn Pickens who took care of the financial paperwork. The Braman staff made me feel very important and I hope to be a long-time customer for many years to come.
