I purchased a 2009 BMW 335i from Braman with Neil Vota being my sales associate. The experience started off a little rocky but ended perfectly. I say this because my initial contact with Braman was a visit to discuss the deal of the 335i and my trade. Initially we could not come to agreeable terms and i I left. The experience was professional it was just a deal that was not win win. Once we both had time to consider all options we were able to arrive at a very satisfactory deal for both parties. Neil was a great person to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a BMW.

my overall experience was very good, the sale person was very professional and friendly. I visisted the dealership just to compare prices with no intent of buying a car, however i left the dealership three hours later with a new car, in part due to the good job performed by Nicole.

The sales team was great. No pressure to buy a car what so ever. Asked what we were looking for and showed us exactly that, NO UPSALE pressure to buy NEW. Everyone we spoke to was plesant and courtious, as it should be. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I came in for service and left with a new X1. While my car was being serviced I visited Mario Ceresa who had sold me my 2009 328i. I was curious about the X1 and asked for a test drive. I liked it so much, between Mario and Michael Rotter, they made me a good deal to trade my '09 towards the new X1. I'm very happy with my new vehicle and Braman. Service is great, loaners always available, service coordinator Joy is great and knowledgeable. Braman has won my continued business.
