I had a terrible experience with this dealershp.

I had a terrible experience with this dealershp. The car I purchased was a current year model 2022, and it had 2800 miles. It was not a cheap vechicle, I paid them $77,000 for it. I didn't know it at the time but the car had a bumper problem, There was a 1/2 inch egap between the bumper and fender. I noticed it the next morning after picking up the car the evening before. I called the dealership immediately and that's when the lies began. They took the position,“nothing was wrong with the car when you picked it up.” I heard this from the salesman, the sales manager, and the General Manager. I caught them in an embarrassing lie.whien I located the previous owner and he verified the bumper was torn off the car the day he traded the car in. It was only after they and been caught in a conspiracy of lies did they agree to pay for a new bumper. To make matters worse, they sold me a $1200 silicon finish on the car that had one applied 3 only months earlier. When I caught them in this lie, they could have done the right thing, but they didn't. They refused to reimburse me when it happened and they refused me again on December 21, 2023. This dealership is dishonest, and untrustworthy. Stay away, I repeat, stay away from this dealership.

This dealership is consistently incompetent,

This dealership is consistently incompetent, unreasonable, & scammy in many ways, definitely avoid the body shop and General Manager. Even if you get everything in writing they will still not honor their word or stand behind the information they gave. Unprofessional all around. My car was there for body work and should have had a leaking fuel tank addressed in service, the fuel pump going out on the GLK is a known issue that is not wear & tear related. A fuel pump should last the life of a vehicle and they let me leave in a car they knew was unsafe to drive (I have a 2 year old in a carseat that sits right above where this is happening), all while they made no attempt to contact Mercedes to have this part covered.

I had issues with my Mercedes Me App and Wendy Robertson,

I had issues with my Mercedes Me App and Wendy Robertson, who is apart of Mercedes concierge, helped me the entire way. She followed up with me multiple times and made sure everything was working as it should be. She’s a great asset to your company/ team.

Not satisfied after spending 900.00

Very slow very uninspired work at least on my vehicle had appointment for simple service oil change and tire pressure monitoring devices installed only 2 took all day had to return twice after leaving for incorrect air pressure and computer reset just very low grade

Don't Go Anywhere Else!!!!

I want to take a few moments and share my recent experience. Eddie not only exceeded my expectations but he changed my perception of the "dealership" experience. I was set on using Carvana as a service to purchase my car but knew I wanted to test drive the Mercedes I was looking to buy. The minute I met Eddie I was greeted with a warm and friendly face that put my mind at ease and allowed me to let my guard down and truly experience what Mercedes has to offer. From making sure I was comfortable with the financing (Nick was fantastic) to setting up a time for me to connect with Lisa ( who was absolutely incredible) to fully learn the accommodations my car had! He provided white glove service and held my hand every step of the way. I will recommend him specifically to anyone looking to buy a car and your dealership in particular. You have a fantastic team and I am grateful I ended up in his office to prove me wrong about going to the dealership. Thank you to the Mercedes team for going above and beyond and making a loyal customer out of me!

As I walked into the dealership, I was greeted as if I

As I walked into the dealership, I was greeted as if I was a family member. Loved it. Later, I was introduced to Anthony Hippolyte, who provided a pleasurable experience- from showing me different class vehicles to articulating the interior specs of every vehicle. It was phenomenal service. Thank you for managing my expectation of what purchasing a vehicle should feel like. Well done.

Jason is amazing.

We purchased an S550 without going to the dealership and

We purchased an S550 without going to the dealership and had it delivered to our home. Our salesman Richard King took care of everything, He took additional pictures looked the whole car over for us. Dealt with having it shipped and called to make sure it arrived. The car was perfect just like he promised. The whole purchase was so easy thanks to him. He is so efficient quick friendly and honest. Look no further if you want a wonderful experience buying a vehicle call and ask for Richard King!
