BEST SALES MAN EVER: ***MAX***

My name is Susi & my husband & myself were shopping for a new SUV. Looked @ everything & decided on a pre-owned ML 550. Our experience was truly wonderful! The reason being our Salesman Max who went to bat for us to drive the vehicle off the lot in the most perfect condition as possible. Love our SUV! Thank you Max for your honesty, hard work, & being there for us during this experience. So appreciated!!!

As i harshly reviewed my detailed job to my car, and rightly so i must honestly say because it was not good a couple of weeks ago, i did not expect to get a response to my review but Mercedes benz did. After speaking with Bob Antonelli, who listened to my complaints - offered to redo the detailed job, and YES!!!! it was outstanding, plus they added some surprise extras. I am deeply grateful to have been heard, taken seriously and to the outstanding work on my car! I'm in love with Mr Bob Antonelli and mercedes benz of palm beach ;) MY CAR LOOKS FKNG AWESOME! drove forever with the top down and half naked (tanning) lol... Of course i will be back for future services and so should you.

Awfull

They lost some of my car pièces, my car got out of dealership dirty, they spilled something. After maintenance I had two troubles that I hade never had before, my vehicule is almost new. Customer service is really not what you expect from mercedes, do not go There, I wrote and spoke to them but nothing was done, my car is worst far worst after my maintenance and reparations, they charged me for all of this. Bad bad bad.......

I came to the dealership to have a used Mercedes SLK 350 put through a pre-sale inspection. Maggie was our contact on this project, she was great to work with. The vehicle did not do well. I was not going to buy that car. That is when Maggie suggested that if we wanted we could talk to sales rep. Jim. He talked to us about what we wanted, in the end he offered two choices and over that afternoon and the next day we did purchase a auto very similar to the one we had checked out. A car and deal I felt was fair for me and Jim. Both staff members were professional and represented the dealership properly!

How to Have a Happy Experience Getting a new Car

It is essential you find a dealer that appreciates you and your business. You"re just not another meal ticket at Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach, by far the best dealership in South Florida. The sales manager Bob Antonelli who was available by cell phone after hours actually invited us into the showroom on his time off to accommodate us. My c300/2010 honey (under 20,000. mile) suffered a ToTal Loss over this past Christmas. Do not lend cars to offspring. Bob's knowledge of the Mercedes product past and present was impeccable and impressive. It was without a doubt the best sales presentation I ever experienced. I opted for a C300/2017. On pick up day, I had additional superb assistance with my salesman, Thomas Pruitt, business manager,Tyler Shagi and Eric Moreno who patiently introduced me to the mechanical and technical aspects of the new car.

Absolutely wonderful experience

I recently leased a new E class from Mercedes of Palm Beach and was extremely impressed with the experience. It is a class operation, which was clear throughout the process. Rich Campanella was great as was his manager Bob Antonelli. Will absolutely go back again.

RIP OFF! Service Department

RIP OFF!! Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach....SERVICE DEPARTMENT Service department are unethical in their practices. Beware when you bring your car into this dealership. They come across all caring and concerned, yet 'try' to rip you off. Well now I have proof they are not reputable. I'm thinking about exposing this dealership for the 'butchers' they are, and writing an article about them to warn others about them in the Palm Beach County area, and beyond.

Drove from Orlando for this dealership

Had multiple recommend Jeffrey Pansek from MB Palm Beach over the years. After having a less then great experience in the Orlando MB, I decided to try Palm Beach out. It was well worth the 2:5 hour drive. Negotiated and did most paperwork over email. Excelllent customer service with very fast response. They ordered the car how I wanted it and got it delivered weeks before it was scheduled. Would high recommend it. Ask for Jeffrey.

A good buying experience

It was a pleasure to buy over the phone and Internet. I have not taken delivery of the car, but so far everything has gone well. For some reason, I don't like going to car dealerships.

STELLAR, FABULOUS, THE BEST OF THE BEST

Shortly after moving to Florida, I purchased my second Mercedes from MB of Palm Beach. This dealership is absolutely incredible from top management to the service "greeters". I purchased a new MB from this dealership yesterday following an accident. I can’t thank General Manager Brian Sattar and all of his “crew” enough for helping me through my “disaster”. Each of you made things so much easier for me in every way by going beyond the call of duty to help with every detail… Everything was done perfectly and efficiently and in a very personalized manner. I should also mention that I am most pleased, as well, with the Service Department, namely Brendan Saunders, John Nelson and Manager, RonYanni. All of my experience has been top notch and I highly recommend this highly organized and well managed dealership to anyone who wants a first class experience ! MB of Palm Beach is absolutely the finest dealership ever and it’s certainly a reflection of Brian's “hands on” management style and the caliber of the people employed.
