After a bit of confusion about whether the car was

After a bit of confusion about whether the car was actually available, we found our way to the dealership and Jon had the car ready for us to look at and drive. We took the car out onto some construction roadways and were pleased with the ride on some very rough roads. Jon was able to share a little info about the car, but the CarFax that I was able to review before we came in was VERY helpful on making a decision about this car. When we sat down to put numbers together I was a bit shocked by the additional items that were not only "available" but were, apparently, added to this car and its cost. We were pleased that Sean and other management personnel were able to make the total cost down to a number that was about my budget but was acceptable. And, on top of, living more than 50 miles away and driving my wife's car in to look at this car, Sean worked it out so that they would deliver it to me on Monday, and that we VERY appreciated. The dealership facility is definitely not as fancy as some found in larger cities, but the people were nice and we were able to get the job done. The Cars.com page for this car did have some incorrect information. While this car is, apparently, SLT-1 it did NOT include some of the features indicated in the advertisement. This includes Navigation, 8 way drivers seat, and some other items. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership they noted that these ads are prepared by a third party, and I would assume that is Cars.com What I failed to get while at the dealership, or to print out on my own, was a copy of the CarFax report. After a couple of calls I finally got Jon and he almost immediately had that in my emai and I appreciated his effort. All in dealing with Arcadia Chevrolet was a positive experience.

These clown (for lack of better words) has in their advertisement that there are no dealer fees and fixed pricing. After an inquiry (lost my time) and looking into a trade value for my vehicle, these clowns send me a buyers order loaded with fees.

I took my Chevy truck in to have it checked out.

I took my Chevy truck in to have it checked out. Raph had the test ran and found out the problems Raph knows what he's doing and he does a great job. He takes pride in his job. Also he takes care of his customers and keeps them informed in what's going on with their vehicles Great to know there's one there that we can depend on!!

Drove down there to look at a 2022 Camry only to find out

Drove down there to look at a 2022 Camry only to find out the driver door looks like someone tried to pry it open with a crow bar. Not surprising I guess that it wasn’t mentioned when we inquired about the vehicle and that pics of that aren’t shown on the website.

Zero customer service.

Zero customer service. I call them all week 3 times per day to get numbers to buy the car, and all the time they promised call back but nobody didn't call me back. After 3 days I got numbers to buy car but still nobody didn't call me in 2 days to finish deal. After I call them again 2 times per day to finish deal but sale man was so disrespect and he dropp the phone.after that I call sale manager and explain to him that his sales man is disrespect and ii got zero cusmer service and they have car wich I would like to buy and I wanna make deal. And he promise call back but still i didn't get call back till today.it looks like they don't care about customers and customers service and they do not interested to sale cars. Skip that dealer and don't waist your time.

AWFUL! Run, don’t waste your time!

Drove almost two hours to see a SUV that I had gotten detailed pricing on and prepared everything for a quick sale. Texted with Karina and then got a real winner of a salesmen when we walked in because Karina “wasn’t available’ rude and unprofessional. SUV hardly had enough gas for the test drive, should have been my second red flax there! In a text with Karina she confirmed they “match” carmax trade in pricing. When I handed my carmax sheet to the salesmen he laughed. Then got my “official pricing” and it had $4K in accessories never mentioned prior and then NOT matching my carmax price. Just stay away! Place won’t last they way they are going.
