Wallace Lincoln

Sometime back I visited the dealership to look at a Town Car that was advertised in the paper. I was being helped by a very nice young lady when an excessively overweight, rude, crude, and disrespectful used car manager became involved and showed his disrespect to the sales lady and to me when I attempted to stand up for her. He told me to get off the lot and I gladly complied. I subsequently purchased my Town Car at another dealership. As long as there is a Wallace sign hanging over a dealership, I will never purchase a car from them. I repeat this story as often as I can so that you who are reading this can avoid being insulted and told to "get off the lot"~!

We were so impressed with the staff at Wallace, especially our Service Manager, Bill. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made our visit a pleasurable experience. When I drove my MKX off the lot I was blown away with the drive?..felt like a new car. This is the only place where we will purchase our future cars. We applaud Bill and the staff at Wallace for their direction and educating us on future options. Best product out there!! We are most grateful?..JoAnn & Alan.
