No Coupon… Don’t Bother To Ask!

My Husband Took My Vehicle In For The Oil Change and Every Time I Take It In I Always Am Asked For The Coupon, No one Asked Him for one So He Did Not Remember and I Was Charged the Full Price! Also Didn’t Receive The Complimentary Vehicle Wash.

Hidden fees

Not a transparent process. Got different quotes on different days with a lot of hidden fees! Customer service poor, as well. Charging above MSRP and adding in fees and almost 2,000$ value package was not cool. They did not even explain what was in said package, except for a first aid kit. Highly questionable dealer.

service associate was Jacqueline..great service

overall service was as advertised and more. Jacqueline and her staff were all very professional. My husband and I arrived and the service consultation was prompt and professional. Total experience was A-1.

If Alan Jay Kia in Sebring is where you buy a car, make sure this isn’t the Kia dealership nearest you that you will be taking your car to for service because the service manager is a crook and arrogant and unprofessional and a liar!

Kia Service Dept.

I just felt compelled to let you know about your service advisor Sadie. She went above and beyond for me. She answered all my questions and concerns Checked on me to see if I needed anything, also gave me an update on my car. She is definately a people person. If you have a higher position, please keep her in mine. Positions should be filled from within if possible. Thank you for a great experience.
