I don't remember Hector. Cody sold the car to me and Eric D took care of the paperwork. They both were great! Cody found a vehicle that was perfect for me after I came in for a very similar vehicle. I paid cash after the tax credit and trades-in and it was very easy working with Eric to finish things up. I will recommend Ferman (and Cody) to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Got the run around about what they owed me, after many follow ups from myself, they finally keep their promise. Can't say they were the friendliest, just felt like they were there to sell, not gain relationships.

This was our second time using Ferman Mazda. Our salesman David Allie was so great to work with, we specifically went through this dealership a second time even though we were looking to for a non-Mazda vehicle. David was patient with us and our small child while looked the first time, and help facilitate our second vehicle over the phone to minimize how long we would have to wait at the dealership. He was honest and fair and provided realistic expectations to help us find the vehicle that worked best for our family.
