Excellent service. My sales person John Hyde was amazing and easy to work with Sebastian in the finance department was also great. I highly recommend this dealer. We drove an hour and 20 minutes to pick up our vehicle and it was all worth it. Very happy customer.

Not the best experience buying a Pre-owned vehicle.
Not the best experience buying a Pre-owned vehicle. Finally gave up and purchased one at Gettel Stadium Toyota. Dealership would not budge on negotiating the price, promises did not come to fruition. They really work hard to make a profit. Sales staff seems extremely busy all the time.

I recently shopped at this dealership.
I recently shopped at this dealership. This is my work vehicle only used by me and garage kept. I had 2 clear large Rubbermaid containers in my trunk with honestly low value items. When I arrived home I noticed my trunk a bit disorganized and both containers missing. I gave my car key earlier at the dealer for an appraisal and when I left the dealer a few hours later it was located in another parking lot. There was also a carpeted door covering the battery that was removed and laying loosely in the trunk. I figured maybe they were testing the battery voltage or maybe if the spare was under the floorboard. I checked back with the dealer in a friendly manner expecting a bit of empathy and them being apologetic. To my surprise however it was a very defensive "we will check the cameras and get back to you" to a way more defensive stance of "we have been in this business for years and we would never risk our job stealing your stuff". They claimed the cameras were checked and nothing was discovered. Again the stuff was not great value items and they could have approached this better. I was honestly in the final stage of giving them the approval on a new Carnival purchase but after this I am holding off.

I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil change which did not
