Very easy purchase. Not an all day process. Finance department worked with me to get me to the payment I was comfortable with. No oversell - explained options open to me.

Will G and Landen were both amazing! They were not pushy at all, and really wanted us to leave with a vehicle that worked in our price range. Very good business and I even referred my sister to this dealer and she left with a cat too!

The sales team at the dealership was fantastic and made the buying experience enjoyable. However, the detailing service was extremely disappointing. The car was not properly cleaned the first time, and even after bringing it back for a second attempt, the results were still unacceptable. Since this was the first car I purchased on my own, I was especially let down by the lack of care in presenting it. Unfortunately, the finance, titling, and registration process was even more frustrating. The finance manager, Andres, was very rude and rushed me through the paperwork without taking the time to explain things clearly. His tone became so unprofessional that I ultimately felt uncomfortable and had to leave. The sales team at the dealership was fantastic and made the buying experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the rest of the process did not reflect that same level of professionalism. The detailing service was extremely disappointing. The car was not properly cleaned at delivery, and after bringing it back for a second attempt, it was still not done to an acceptable standard. As a first-time buyer purchasing a car on my own, I expected much better attention to detail and care. The finance and registration process was even more frustrating. The finance manager, Andres, was rude, dismissive, and rushed me through the paperwork without clearly explaining anything. His tone became so unprofessional that I ultimately felt uncomfortable enough to leave. What should have been a simple tag transfer with Delaware registration was handled incorrectly, and my vehicle was mistakenly registered in Florida. It has now been over two months of back-and-forth trying to correct this issue, with little to no communication. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach someone for updates, and it has been extremely difficult to get a response. While the sales team was great, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor detailing, unprofessional conduct in finance, and ongoing registration issues. I would strongly encourage future buyers to proceed with caution, especially when it comes to the finance and titling process.

The condition of your vehicle at delivery, and even after a second attempt at detailing, is not certainly disappointing. We’re also very concerned to hear about your experience in the finance department. You should never feel rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable during such an important part of the process. Additionally, the ongoing registration issue is unacceptable. A mistake like registering your vehicle in the wrong state, followed by months of delays and lack of communication, is a significant breakdown in process and follow-through. I had emailed you and three others from the dealership earlier today because this issue still has not been resolved. It has now been another two weeks of hearing the same thing, yet nothing has actually been done to fix the problem. In your response to my original review, you stated that I would be contacted. Once again, I was not contacted, and when I attempted to follow up myself, I received no response. This issue has been ongoing since 01/31. The last update I received, on 05/01, was that the dealership was “waiting on the title” and that it would take approximately 48 hours. That of which I have been told over and over again since February. It has now been over two weeks since then with no resolution or communication. I was also told on 05/08 I would be receiving a $150 check for the detailing in exchange for removing my review, and I have still not heard anything regarding that either. At this point, the lack of communication, follow-through, and resolution has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have tried to remain patient and handle this matter privately, but it seems the only way I am able to get anyone’s attention or receive a response is by addressing it publicly this way.
