This is my second car purchase here, and I've never had such a positive experience elsewhere. Victor and the financing team were incredibly kind and helpful, never pressuring me and always seeming to prioritize my best interests. My service advisor did an excellent job.

My service advisor did an excellent job. He made sure my issues were resolved in a timely manner and he kept me informed through the day. Thank you Erich Freeman for taking care of me.

The day before we visited Courtesy KIA of Brandon, we had

The day before we visited Courtesy KIA of Brandon, we had an awful experience at another dealer in Port Charlotte. The previously visited dealer tried to add on excessive fees, including a certification fee for a vehicle that was advertised as a CPO. I found Courtesy while doing an online search and noticed right away that their all fees were much lower- including not charging a certification fee. I contacted them via phone and asked for an out the door quote, before we made the 50 min drive. They were very up front and the fees were minimal. Frank Fahda was our salesperson at Courtesy. He was personable and knowledgeable. After finishing with the finance office (Joel was great), Frank was ready to escort us to our newly purchased car and gave us a breakdown of all the features, before we left. I would recommend them to everyone and will be back, if we?re in the market for another new or used car.
