While I didn?

Stope with all the needless upselling on repairs. I don?t need to replace my throttle body, in a lease with 15,000 miles. Show me in the owners manual where replacing (not cleaning) the throttle body is required or even recommended maintenance.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Courtesy Brandon Kia

I recently purchased a vehicle from Courtesy Brandon Kia on Friday, the 21st. Less than 20 minutes after leaving the lot, a warning light appeared stating: ?Check Haptic Steering Wheel System.? I was completely shocked, considering this is a 2025 Kia K5 EX with only 7,000 miles. I contacted the dealership on Monday but received no response. On Tuesday, I brought the vehicle in and spoke with the used car manager, David. He briefly inspected the car for less than 15 minutes before returning it to me, claiming the issue was resolved. However, I explained that simply resetting the warning light was not a solution?I needed to know why the light had appeared in the first place, as my primary concern was safety. David then took the vehicle back to service and provided me with a loaner so I could get to work. Later that afternoon, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup and that the issue was caused by a loose/faulty wire in the steering column, which had been repaired. The very next morning (Wednesday), as I was driving to work, the same warning light reappeared. I immediately called the dealership and left a message for David?no response. I also left a message for the GM, Mr. O?Brien, yet I have not received a call back. David informed me that the vehicle could not be exchanged because it is considered preowned, yet they have been unable to determine why this issue keeps happening. My research suggests the problem is linked to the vibration in the steering column and a malfunctioning lane assist system. As of today, Thursday, March 20, there has been no resolution. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! The only person I would recommend at this dealership is Zack from finance. He was the best part of this transaction?extremely thorough, informative, and genuinely kind.
