I went in on Saturday morning not knowing Saturday was by appointment only. The last time I tried schedule an appointment the online scheduler wasn?t working. When I mentioned that Saturday the service writer pointed it out that the online hasn?t worked in a year. The writer had an 8:30 slot so I was able to get my service done. Everything was as requested.
