My family has bought 3 cars here over 2 years. We deal with Mike Sessa because he is straight forward and not pushy. I have bought a work van, my wife a Focus and my 20 yr old daughter a Fiesta. From sale to financing (and even their coffee) was a great experience. Every sale included showing me the dealer invoice and i was never pressured to make an immediate decision. When we traded the van for the Focus we lowered our payment by $200 per month and got great financing terms. My daughter, 20 yrs old, purchased without a co-signor. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

You guys have the most polite, courteous, customer oriented staff. From the person at the front desk when you walk in to the last step to buy at finance. Mostly everyone is on guard talking to a car salesmen, but you don't have to be here. Mike Sessa is in a class of his own. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, kind, and not pushy. He helped me throughout the whole buying process during and after. He even took the time to show me how to set up my Sync account and how to use all the features. He is really on top of things. After two months he even helped me with some accessories I purchased. I will definitely buy from here again, and send anyone who wants a Ford to go Jarrett Scott and look for Mike Sessa.

I had chance to purchase a used Chevy HHR from Jarrett-Scott Ford in Plant City, FL. I must say the young man Leo, used car dept., that handled my purchase, was a professional as they come.
