Key Scales Ford has always taken the time to determine that the quality of used vehicles available remains top notch. The cost of such vehicles has always been competitive compared to other dealerships in the slightly larger market areas, which is why Key Scales remains successful. Rick Marshall's outstanding service and understanding of customers needs vs cost is why I am a multi-car purchaser from him. Without a doubt, my previous purchases and future purchases will be with Rick Marshall & Key Scales Ford.

An overall review of a great Ford Dealership.
Would I recommend Key Scales to a friend? You bet - that is why are there are 2 Key Scales Fords in my next door neighbors (The Sandlins) garage. A few days ago I purchased my 4th vehicle from there. Awesome dealership
I took my 82 year old father to this dealership to lease a new Ford Fusion... Fred Almonte was our salesman and I must say..this was one of my best car buying experiences ever..it could be quite stressful but Fred made it a pleasure to do business. He as well as Rich Rysell made us feel like family and couldn't do enough for us.. I highly recommended this dealership to anyone..if you go to Key Scales look up Fred and Rich. Everything went great!
Everything went great! I was able to get in and out much quicker than I expected. Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable, even helped me get my phone hooked up with Ford Sync. When they didn't have a vehicle with the exact options I wanted in their inventory, they quickly got it in from another dealer. A+, would recommend

I called the dealership after viewing a vehicle I saw on line. I asked to speak with someone in sales. A very pleasant woman by the name of Cathy Langbehn took my call. She verified the vehicle was indeed on the lot. Since I was calling the day before Christmas, we set up an appointment for me view the vehicle and take it for a test drive the day after Christmas. I emailed her pictures of the vehicle I would be trading in & the vin #. She was able to have my trade appraised prior to my appointment. After test driving the new vehicle and some further negotiations, the sale was completed. I couldn't be happier. Cathy Langbehn made this a very pleasant experience !!! She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. I will return to this dealership in the future...and recommend Cathy Langbehn to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a vehicle !!!! No Call Back
I missed Mr. Blake Kelly's initial call(after leaving my info on cars.com)but called back and left a message for him i needed more info on the 2005 Cadillac CTS, no call back, that was Thursday , on Monday i called again and had to leave another message and told him we were going to drive down to see the vehicle again no call back, when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a salesman in the lot and told the vehicle had been sold. I would not have driven there had i known the vehicle was sold.

Wonderful Experience, Great Facility & Employes
We enjoyed meeting Rod Berger & felt very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. Took the time to point out the features in our new Edge vs our 4 year old vehicle, which we loved. Being former Ford employees, we knew that he was well-versed in the changes in the engine & electronics, which was helpful to us. He made sure we were comfortable during the purchasing process, keeping us informed at each step. Totally impressed that, even after we had signed the papers, he took the time to program our phone into the car's computer, gave us information of how the navigation feature operates, etc. He arranged for the hitch to be put on at our convenience, scheduling the shuttle, etc. Mike also was impressed with the installation of the trailer hitch. The car was given to us in perfect, clean condition. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from your dealership because of the wonderful people that work there...keep up the good work!

U.S.A. Ford Built
Our Sales Person (Mr. Fred Almonte) was very nice and helpful. My husband took the truck for a test ride and was very pleased. Never thought we would be buy and RED Ford 2013 truck. But this truck is a Candy Apple Red color and was really worth a second look. We got a pretty good deal and decided to go for it. My husband is very pleased with his new truck. I must say, I can also ditto that as I haven't had any problems driving it myself. I thought I would have a problem parking it as it seemed bigger to me then our other Ford. I was so proud parking it on my first try. Made me fill good. All the member's of our Flying Club loved the truck, they wanted to trade with him. He said no thanks.
