Great experience

We recently contacted Key Scales Ford through the online site. We had been researching vehicles online for a few weeks prior to contacting Key Scales so we knew exactly what we wanted. We were able to work the entire deal utilizing email, phone and text. I think it took less than 2 hours. Absolutely no pressure, no haggling, just a very fair upfront deal. We felt so good about Key Scales and our first purchase that we returned the same week and bought a second vehicle; something we have never done before! Blake was very professional and easy to work with as was Dan. Thanks guys! We are still loving the vehicles just as much as the day we drove them off the lot. I would highly recommend contacting Blake if you are in the market for a car.

First and amazing car buying experience!!!

This was my very first car buying experience and the whole time i was taken car of very well. Fred helped me the second I arrived. He was very nice and helpful and found the perfect car for me. He even found me a car with extras that I only wished about getting but had no idea I would. Being this my first car I was limited to the options and price but he did not fail to impress and got me everything I could ever have wanted for a car that will hopefully last me a very long time at a great price too. I will definitely go back here for my future car purchases!!

Professional and Personal

This was one of if not best experiences we have had purchasing a vehicle. Starting with a phone conversation and ending with our payment the total experience was professional and yet with a personal touch. The feeling was one of dealing with people that genuinely like people and what they do. We would recommend Key Scales Ford to anyone. Bill & Jill

Good Experience

Mark was very helpful and concerned about what we wanted. The trade in and purchase process of a new Edge went smoothly. Dan was well prepared with our paperwork and answered all our questions thoroughly.

Efficient, Professional and Friendly

My wife initially met with "Cat" to look for a preowned car for herself. Cat showed her a few different vehicles and worked with us to figure out exactly what we were looking for. She sent over different vehicles at different prices until she knew this. Then she sent over the 2011 Ford Fusion that my wife fell in love with. At the same time, she was learning what were looking for for me. She found the perfect 2010 Mercury Mountaineer that matched my wife's car. Even though we weren't exactly ready for the second car, we could pass up the great deal for the right car. Cat was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. She had all the paperwork ready for us, let us take the cars home for the day to make sure they were the right ones. We were also assisted by the Preowned Car Manager and the Finance Manager. All were great. We are still looking for our third vehicle for our son's 17th birthday in June and can be confident that Cat will help us find the perfect car at the right price for him.

Required Service for My Expedition

My Expedition is a 2003 and has over 200,000 miles. Having bought it and serviced at Key Scale Ford every 5000 miles, keeps it running as if new. Thanks for the good service and good service employees. Rex King

Great Team - Sales and Maintenance!

My Ford Fiesta just turned 1 year old and is working perfectly still. When I bought my Fiesta one year ago from Don it was the best experience ever! No pressure, extremely helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Even though I live in Winter Garden, I still wait until i am in the area to have my car serviced at Key Scales Ford because everyone is so friendly and helpful - especially Don, Monique, and Wendy. Thank you to the entire team for shattering my beliefs that all car dealerships are pushy, horrible, and trying to swindle you. You are all such great people and I can't wait to come back for my next maintenance.

Friendly people and a great sales staff

My review was a total 5 stars because of my past purchase from Key Scales Ford and this purchase using their internet salesman Blake Kelly. He answered all of my questions and attended to my two purchases. My wife and I purchased an new 2013 Edge in 2013, and we just purchased a 2013 used Mustang from Blake. It didn't matter whether I purchased new or used Blake was an exceptionally capable salesman and in my mind I got a very good price on both vehicles. Key Scales and Blake Kelly will get our next purchase also. I also have had very good service from the service dept. All of the personnel at Key Scales Ford are friendly and make my visits enjoyable. From Sales to Service to Repairs

I can not say enough about Cathy Langbehn she went over and above for a few months working with me on ordering my new 2015 350 Super Duty, THANKS just don't say enough! What a wonderful sales woman putting the customer first ALWAYS! I have to also pay a VERY BIG THANKS to Joe Vanwaes who never blinked an eye with my service questions and repeated visits which were the cause of poor assembly line misconduct and manufacturing issues, not the dealership by no means. I must acknowledge Andy the diesel mechanic who was a book of knowledge, more the willing to share his knowledge and expertise with me on the do's and don'ts on the ownership of the new 350 Super Duty... even advised and answered my questions and concerns during my ordering process. Great people and deals at Key Scales

Rich Rysell was professional, pleasant and pleasing! I have purchased two Mustangs from this good dealer and would not hesitate to go for three! Besides the time spent during negotiations the buying experience was first class. I was treated with respect, dignity with a positive outcome!
