Truck took way longer than estimated. parts weren't together, arrived separately. my tires weren't inflated properly during full service oil change. Disappointed overall.

Great service, honest deal, I highly recommend, great inventory, friendly customer service. I will be going back.

The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The salesman demonstrated extensive knowledge of the vehicle, confidently answering all questions and clearly explaining every detail. He was professional, respectful, and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free.

Daniel was so helpful, he drove in my car with me to identify the sound I was hearing. He told me about the car detailing service that they have now and I was thrilled to be able to get that done at the same time as my service. I have had all my car services done here for years and plan to continue. I always feel safe having them look for issues before they become a big problem. I’m all for preventive maintenance, I don’t want to find out about a problem when I am on the road away from home.

I was told that the work I needed done would be covered under warranty and I wouldn't have to pay for it, but then I was charged over $200, then I was told if I dropped my car off first thing in the morning that I'd have it back by the end of day because it's my only vehicle, which I did tell them before dropping off, then when I asked if they had a vehicle to let me borrow so I would be able to get my kids and get home from work and I was pretty much told that I was on my own and they couldn't do anything to help which led me to have to spend over $50 in uber charges to be able to get to where I needed to be, they did not seem to care at all that I was left stranded and treated me like it was my problem to figure out and like I was overreacting

Jonathan was great at keeping in touch but I feel that the dealership could have got to my car a lot sooner and kept me updated it just seemed awful long to let me know that I had a dead battery I went without my car the second time I had to bring it back for 4 days just to find out they charged the battery. I have brought my vehicle to Always Atascosa in the past and it's always been an issue with the amount of time it takes to get to my vehicle and to even diagnose the problem.

Crap customer service. Bought a vehicle from them, less than a month later the tires were gone, full of dry rot. Will not in any way fix or attempt to fix the issue. Their response is offering a free oil change which is nowhere close to replacing 4 bad tires
