We bought our Rogue a year ago and Ronald A.

We bought our Rogue a year ago and Ronald A. was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy and found us a nearly-perfect vehicle. Unfortunately it?s lacking the automatic rain sensing wipers because Nissan didn?t offer them that year (no idea why since they had them the year before!). We?ve been back for service a couple of times for minor things, and that experience has also been excellent. The service team is responsive and knowledgeable, repairs are completed at or before the estimated time, and, with one exception, done right the first time. The item that?s still pending is a freaky, intermittent glitch in the radio. Of course it never happens when it?s in the shop, so they really can?t troubleshoot it beyond making sure the software is updated with the latest version. I also need to mention that the waiting areas are very comfortable and clean, plus drinks and snacks are available, sometimes including fresh baked cookies.
