I bought my car here & always come here for service! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable & courteous. Service is always efficient! Waiting area is comfortable & has complimentary beverages & snacks if you desire. Complimentary car wash also after completion! Great job as always!!

It was a very good experience.

It was a very good experience. They took care of my vehicle and it was under warranty, so I appreciate that and may also always take care of me anytime I come in so I would say it was a perfect experience.

Marita was awesome and very personable!

Marita was awesome and very personable! I came in for routine maintenance, and she provided an estimate right away, along with warm cookies and tea. Great experience I?ll definitely be back and will ask for her again!

I went in for an oil change and everything was ok.

I went in for an oil change and everything was ok. The rep that helped me told me that my brake fluid condition needed to be done. I told him it was impossible. I had just gotten it done. He said: they didn?t do a good job. It?s dirty! I went to the place that had done it and they checked it and the fluid was as clear as water. I also had my mechanic friend check it and he told me everything was ok. I feel that I was told this by Nissan since you guys want the business, however, you guys are very expensive and I refuse to get anything done at the dealers - I only get what you claim to be free. Perhaps you need to reconsider your selling strategies so we, the customers don?t feel that Daytona Nissan doesn?t want to take advantage of its customers. I?ll let you sleep on that and talk it over with your boss!

I went in for oil change and tire rotation.

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Other services were due but I was able to work with serviceman to take care of the more pressing matters on this visit.

We had 2 recalls from Nissan.

We had 2 recalls from Nissan. I called to set up an appointment and John scheduled one the next day. The service department was on time and John estimated it would be finished in about an hour and 55 minutes later he came to the waiting area and handed me the keys. The car was washed, runs great and I stayed on my busy schedule. I was impressed.
