I really do not like your service system now as I do not

I really do not like your service system now as I do not see a customer service person just a guy that asks me what I am there for and takes my key. My car was finished and sat in the holding area for a good 15 minutes and it wasn?t that busy.

Great that the service dept opens at 7 am Prompt, professional service. Waiting area has beverages and snacks and before you know it your vehicle is ready to go

As a former service writer and motorcycle technician with

As a former service writer and motorcycle technician with 35 years experience.my wife?s transmission gave out.We came from Virginia to see mom. We had a warranty with a different company.The service team was able to secure a warranty with extra parts that were not covered by my warranty that was needed to do the job properly. Ounce the repairs were approved the team performed them when promised. Drove back to Virginia and everything worked perfectly.

The staff is very prompt, friendly and professional.

The staff is very prompt, friendly and professional. The dealership is spotless, well laid out. They have a large waiting area with snacks and beverages, they always wash and vacuum the car.

It was a nice short service call.

It was a nice short service call. The only issue was when my car was done, it sat outside for a while so I physically had to find out who my rep was so they could take care of me.

Bought my used Rogue here. Never again will I buy from these sheisters. Sold me add-ons never discussed. It was so egregious Dealership manager gave me $500 refund hush money not to sue. Tried utilizing their warranty for the Xzilon coating I never asked for. It?s peeling. Was denied my claim because it?s occurring naturally and not from an external factor. Another sham service from the warranty company they outsource to. Service Dept is legit though. No issues with them.

I came back because my 21 Altima seems to have been low

I came back because my 21 Altima seems to have been low on tire pressure in the back right tire., after the tires were switched. Braden one of the techs ,explained all that was done .. After the explanation, I was confident about his work on my car..I would like to have him as my tech whenever I bring my both cars for service .. Thanks for your customer service Braden..
