Great hometown sales! Service?

The service department did not fix the shift to park issue or error message or the front driver plastic fender. It was two out of three things I took it in for. The other was a recall so I'm hoping it was fixed. I have to bring it back on Friday.

Great service & facilities for years, one problem.

Service was great like always. However, about 20 months ago I had the fuel pump and fuel module replaced, which turned out to be the same problem the check engine light was showing this time. Last time when the shop performed this replacement (which required fuel tank removal and re installation) the fuel filler line was pinched and would not allow to add fuel to the tank. Fortunately, I had only gone to Buccees to get fuel after I left the dealership, so I took it back and they corrected the problem. This time when I was told the same repair was going to be made, I specifically told Billy to make sure the fuel filler hose was not pinched when the tank was reinstalled. Since the truck had be fueled before taking to the shop, I didn't have to fill it when I left. Yesterday, I stopped at Walmart in Port Lavaca to get fuel and nearly got my feet and shoes a gasoline bath. Only $0.07 worth of fuel went in and back flowed out in an instant. Needless to say I was not a happy customer at that time when I called Billy to inform him. He apologized and said to bring it back and they would fix the problem. This time that really was not an option since there was not enough fuel in the tank to take it back, but there was enough to get me back to Palacios. This morning my crew and I had to drop the fuel tank and correct the problem and re install it so I could refuel it. Since I had now corrected the problem, there was no need to return it to the service department, so I called Billy and told him it was done. He said great, I owe you one. So my question is now where do I send the bill for my crew and lost income? $200 for repair time and $200 for lost job time seems fair and cheaper than you having to send a wrecker out to get it. I know everyone makes mistakes and sometimes things don't get done quite right, so I am willing to take some in house credit in exchange. Put yourself in my place. Let me know what you think. There is some other details on the job done before, but I don't want to get into them online. We can discuss them later in person if you like. I am in and out so catch me and we can talk. Wesley is looking for me another F150 Super Crew so I be there soon. Keep up the good work. I have been a customer there since Phil started working there. Truth be known, I have a lot of faith in your service department and that is the main reason I continue to trade with the dealership. I trusted Phil and believe I can trust Wesley the same. So hopefully we will continue to have a good relationship for many more years. Keep up the good work.

excellent buying experience...thanks.

I purchased a Ford XLT Explorer, and was pleased with the entire process. I appreciated Donald spending time with me before I drove the car off the lot. He provided a tutorial on the mechanics of the computer system inside the car. I was able to take the car on a weekend trip with confidence on how to work the navigation system....thanks.
