They worked with my budget. We were very adamant about the payment we could afford and they were able to offer it They are very professional through the whole process.

Well, it's good to know it was common for motor mounts to
Well, it's good to know it was common for motor mounts to be failing because I saw another review about it.... Oh, wait, it's not common and because I didn't know any better, I fell for it.... I'm a female who just lost her husband to cancer at the age of 45 less than a year ago..... I'm not going to go into everything but they knew the situation and still chose to take advantage of me... I should've known better....that car will tell you everything that goes wong with it. The just wanted more money since I brought in in for a part recall.... The labor cost was over double the amount of the actual parts.. I was told it was going to be 1,500.00 and came out to 1,700.00... now to find out that it probably wasn't even necessary.... I'm livid.

It took over 20 minutes to get my car from the service
It took over 20 minutes to get my car from the service department after I had paid for my oil change. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Title: Terrible BMW Service – Stay Away! Worst BMW service I’ve ever seen. Daniel at San Antonio BMW lied about giving me a loaner car — promised it, then refused. They tried to charge me $2,200 for a BMW 2 Series window repair that’s under warranty, and when I said no, they put many excuses. I own a BMW X5M Competition and a BMW 2 Series, but after this experience, I’d return both if I could. Do not trust San Antonio BMW. — Kemal Kocak
