I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle purchase! The dealership is a good distance from me, but it is worth the drive. Never have had a bad experience, ever. Every sales associate I have ever dealt with has been courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, and believe me, we have had several salesmen. We have purchased at least 4 vehicles from Gunn and considering another one for my son, probably sooner than later.

Staff is friendly, very efficient, and the work needed on 2 of my vehicles was done in a timely manner.

We knew what we wanted originally, however, we couldn't find a perfect fit for the right price and started changing our minds. Yanathan worked with us for over a month finding just the right vehicle for the right price. He was very professional, knowledgeable, easygoing, thoughtful, organized, tentative, good humored and flexible. Best dealership I have ever been to great service and people.

Roger Juarez was great - knew everything and everything he told us happened. After the sell was finalized we checked around and still could not find a better deal. Roger stay on top of everything that was going on and called us with updates. One great salesman - I would come back and I would ask for him.

Gunn has always provide top notch service but on this occasion I was a little disappointed. I made an appointment for 7:00 AM on Mon. 22 Aug. and I was there at the appointed time. The tech that was to work on my truck eas pulled to work on something else. The time to fix my truck took about an hour however they didn't get to it until 3:45 and was fixed by 4:30. I do not understand why it took so long when I had a 7:00AM appointment.

I have purchased 19 GM vehicles since 1968 and must say that your representative Cristian Figueroa is by far the best, most informative, courteous and professional car salesman that I have ever met. Not pushy, looking out for my best interests he managed the purchase of the new Suburban to my utmost satisfaction. He deserves a BIG Atta-a-Boy!!
