The service at Gunn Nissan is impeccable. Hilary was there for me every step of the way & made sure that I was kept up to date on the arrival of my 2021 Armada. She secured one for me even before they hit the lot & made sure that it went directly to me. Her communication was great and she was professional throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the vehicle and overall Gunn organization is quality and vast. She, along with her leadership team, made this process for me during these weird times of the pandemic as easy as possible and as customer centered as one can hope for. They were able to accommodate my hectic work schedule and conduct many things remotely, as well as the trade in and showcasing of the new vehicle. I’d highly recommend Gunn Nissan and especially Hilary. She is dedicated to each of her customers and will ensure that you get the vehicle you want and as smoothly as possible.

JT, our service advisor, was great. Very friendly and helpful regarding vehicle inspection. The estimated wait time was as predicted. Jorge in sales assisted us with an extended warranty purchase. He was knowledgeable and courteous.

JT was professional and quick and was friendly handling oil change service. Good person. There was shortage of cashiers and quickly jumped on a register, he processed me and said teamwork to the girl working with him.

Made a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. I was told it was a two hour wait.Why make appointments?After 2 1/2 hours. I checked in and was told. They were looking for my service advisor. My car was ready after three hours Jason never came out to give me an update or hand over my car.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My service advisor kept me informed every step of the way. Very clean waiting area and restrooms. Free Starbucks coffee was such an added treat.
