If I was going to define customer service it would have to include this wonderful team at Beck Nissan. In todays give me your money and get out world I found some gems here. Mike didn’t sell me a car, he sold me the entire experience. Ten minutes after the start I was convinced that Mike, Sybil and the entire team felt like my best friends. They may it seam like their whole world was wrapped up in taking care of me. Want to feel like you’re on top of the world, stop in and spend a morning in customer service heaven.
