Communication was not very good and they had the truck
Communication was not very good and they had the truck for 11 hours and couldn’t find out why I have an engine code for antilock brake system with only 6000 miles on a $60m truck and they haven’t fixed it.

Finished the repair ahead of time (bravo!). Very costly repair with unexplained fees. The people taking your money should take the time to explain the charges one by one. That being said, everybody I interacted with was otherwise excellent.

Tyson my Service Manager is simply the best.
Tyson my Service Manager is simply the best. So knowledgeable, so courteous, and so professional. Takes the time to explain everything. He has been my service manager for over 15 years. He is the reason I own a Mazda. Makes us seniors feel important and always treats us with respect. So appreciative of him as he is such an asset to Davis Mazda.
