I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and both needed major work after the sale. My latest purchase from there has cost 2500 dollars in repairs and is back in the shop now. They are great at selling but not repairs. Be careful. David Reid

Excellent sales staff. Fastest auto purchase ever. No frills to haggle about. Lowest prices in area. Excellent extended warranty. This is our third personal vehicle purchase at Santa Fe Ford. Probably would have been another purchase, but we are still driving our 2002 Ford van. Quality vehicle vehicles!

This dealership was very kind and helpful, very clean environment. We was in and out with in about 2 hours.

The salesman I had experience with was NOT good. He took over 24 hours to get me info the first time I had contact with him. Then on a second time, i called and text him only to get NO reply. I had cash in hand to buy a vehicle, I was not kicking tires.

Our salesman was very pleasant to work with,, as was the sales manager. There was no pushy sales pitch for add-on features, and no hidden fees. You actually receive paper copies of all of your vehicle documents, not a thumb drive. A couple weeks after the sell, a repreaentative even called to advise me on additional service features available from Santa Fe Ford, such as some of their mobile services that are available. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever!
