Highly Recommend

We weren't even looking to buy a vehicle but we happened to see our dream vehicle when we were driving by. I went into the dealership on Monday and spoke with Joey. Test driving was easy and there was no pressure. Joey was very helpful and patient with us as we made our decision. We have had our vehicle for a week and we love it!!

Buyet beware

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. After driving the vehicle home(2017 ram 1500) the low washer fluid light came on. I filled it up with fluid only for it to leak out again. I took the vehicle to a dodge dealership since it was still under warranty. Dodge informed me that the vehicle had been in an accident and the repairs would not be covered under warranty. I was told by Santa Fe ford that the vehicle had never been in an accident. There is over 600$ damage to this vehicle and sales manager Jason Stevens refused to help with any of the cost of repairs. I would have never bought a vehicle that had been in an accident. I will be taking this dealership to small claims court. I have sent estimates and pics of the damage and Santa Fe ford says their is no damage to the vehicle. Please be careful when buying a used vehicle from this dealership. Just bc the car fax is clean doesn’t mean the vehicle has not been in an accident. They told me that they check every vehicle out bumper to bumper that comes into their dealership. How could they have missed this?

Awesome Experience!

I have bought a few vehicles from Santa Fe Ford and Joey was always there to help us. He is the best and I will keep going back to Santa Fe Ford because of him. Thank you for everything!

Thank You

We recently had our Ford F-150 serviced at your dealership. We were on a trip from Wichita, Kansas to Lake Okeechobee, Florida. The F-150 Ecoboost has had an intermittent misfire since May of last year and has made numerous visits to our local dealership to be fixed. The misfire was getting really bad on our trip and we were very grateful you could work us in on your busy Monday morning schedule. Everyone at Santa Fe Ford was courteous and helpful. But we especially want to thank DJ, Tech 44 who was able to finally diagnose the real problem with our F-150. Everyone was looking for an ignition issue but it turned out to be a sensor/wire assembly. We were very impressed with DJ and his diagnostic skills. You have a real gem of a mechanic!

Very helpful and stress free!

Brent helped my wife and I purchase our first car. He helped search for vehicles within our price range and got us a great deal! This was our first experience going to a dealership and Brett helped make everything stress free. Definitely would work with him again in the future! Thanks!

Wonderful experience

Joey was a wonderful salesman he the car I wanted to look at waiting for me as soon as I got to the lot at closing time, I told him what I wanted and he made it happen in the blink of an eye! Great guy and very knowledgeable!!

Awesome

I knew what I wanted and Mr Joey found it for me. He worked with me trying to make the best deal I could get and came back with great news, I was overly excited! For my second purchase on a car it went a lot smoother than the first time. I highly recommend them. They didn’t push you around or lie to you. They were upfront and kind. Thank you Joey

No pressure, knowledgeable agent who made the process easy

I was buying my first car, and had very little knowledge of the process. After having visited another dealership in Gainesville (which was so high-pressure that getting out of there felt like hostage negotiations!), it made me even more gunshy about buying a car. However, I found the used car I wanted so I went to Santa Fe Ford. I'm from a midwestern state and thought that Santa Fe Ford would be neighborly and easygoing like being back home. I was right! I called and said I was coming to look at a Toyota Camry (after having been a Ford girl forever!), and within two minutes of calling and the receptionist passing my request along, I received a call back from Joey. Not only did he have my keys ready, but he was patiently waiting outside and without having seen me knew I was the one who called just by my driving up! He started the car for me, went over the specs, and let me test drive it myself without spending the drive trying to sell it to me. After I returned, I was the one to initiate running the numbers because I was interested, and he never pressured me at all. In fact, as a former Ford owner at a Ford dealership buying a Toyota (I bought it for the mileage for the price- it was selling below Kelly Blue Book by $3,000!), I was afraid he would try to sell me a comparable Ford since it is a Ford dealership, but he didn't. He was patient, he was knowledgeable about the financing and worked to make it as fair as he could. He was an expert every step of the way, and he never made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of or misled. He never made me feel as if he was only out for my business. He stayed at the dealership after closing hours until my process was done, and his was the last handshake I got before I left. He made me proud to buy from Santa Fe Ford, and relieved that he was the dealer who was able to take care of me. And he did just that.
