Waste of time

I wouldn’t go to this Jaguar dealership if it was the last one on this earth.I would have gave them zero stars but I could only put one, I happen to come all the way from San Antonio to trade my Zl1 for a track hawk that was there, And from the get go I was treated like crap ,made wait half an hour and then when I called to complain to the sales manager he told me to F off .So if you want to waste your time, hard earned money and experience the worst service of your life , Go down to Jaguar Land Rover in Katy and speak to Daniel Terry, David and their sales manager Daniel Gonzales.

I definitely recommend Michael Quinones! (Service advisor, Land Rover) He is very patient and listens to everything that the customer has to say. He always gets back to you when he say he is. Best customer service in Houston, and everyone is wearing a mask for everyone’s protection. Great dealership!

Very uncaring and unresponsive service. The employee was too busy on the phone and completely lacked communication skills. Further, when I asked for a manager he was flippant about it and argued with me in front of the manager. The manager failed to give me any feedback about how this was handled.
