Great experience

Adrian was friendly and helpful. He made the whole experience of buying a vehicle easier. Finance guy was great also. I love my new vehicle!

I have to say I'm rather disappointed.

I have to say I'm rather disappointed. Just finished driving back from Austin with our family and our 2019 Hyundai Ioniq (that is still under warranty) got a check engine light, tried to make an appointment here online only to see that there are no appointments for 2-3 weeks. I tried to call the service department and was on hold for 15+ minutes until I just gave up and reached out to another dealership instead.

Bad experience

Had a really bad experience with this dealership. Bought a ford f-150 2013 on February 5th 2022 for around 15k. Following week February 12th, transmission broke down. Called and went there in person to explain that i didn't enjoy this car for up to 2 weeks of purchase but i couldn't get any assistance as i was told i didn't have a warranty on it. Ended up spending additional $3500 to install a new transmission.

Had a bad experience.

Had a bad experience. Bought a ford f150 2013 on 5th of February for around 15k, had a transmission broke down following. Didn't enjoy the car for 2 weeks. Called and went there in person to explain but i couldn't get any support as i was told i didn't have a waranty. I ended up taking it to a local mechanic to fix for additional $3500

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz from this dealership and everything went super easy. Britt and Fiaz both were straight forward and easy to deal with so I have no issues recommending either one of them!
