Very friendly and helpful atmosphere. The appointment was set and met and the wait was appropriate to the service done to my car. Drinks and snacks were offered and everyone had their masks on.

Made an appointment for a repair/vehicle checkup online. Needed to have the vehicle (2014 Kia Soul) analyzed to find out why the ESC (traction lights) and ABS lights were coming on and staying on and then have the prescribed repair made. I gladly dropped my vehicle off late in the afternoon and was able to pick it up the next day. Apparently two codes came up when the mechanic checked it with their machine. The mechanic replaced the sensor/hub assembly and cleared the DTC. It has been a week since my vehicle has been repaired and I am extremely happy and satisfied. The mechanic did an excellent job. The service rep, Julie, was completely professional and most helpful. I appreciate how very nice she was and I additionally very much appreciate her checking to see if the repair was under warranty (which it was). Community Kia has an excellent service department. I appreciate their honesty and their expertise. I don't want to go anywhere else.
