Let me first begin by saying how happy I am after signing for my new vehicle. Robert Staten was my salesman but I left feeling like I had a trustworthy friend. When we first went over everything his initial quote was, Do not worry Erik, we will take care of you. That was never more true after I left. He explained everything in detail, took his time out to make sure he had answered all my questions and still has followed to check on how things are going. The gratitude did not stop there, From the Sales Manager Victor Smith working out a great deal that worked for both of us on the trade in, and even Sales Manager Terry Jackson following up with delivery and prompt readiness of my vehicle. Overall this was A1 great service and I can not wait to return for a vehicle with my family and friends.

I am a die hard Toyota and Lexus customer for the last 30 yrs, but after seeing the newly designed Kia Carnival, I decided to at least test drive it. I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious feel and spacious design. The options and design exceeded anything offered by Toyota, Honda or Chrysler in the same car class. I'm glad I went out of my comfort zone to look and now I ownan amazing Kia Carnival.

I was a first-time buyer, and Ed Morton made sure to fill me in on everything I needed to know. He treated me with the utmost amount of respect and made the process easy and stress free.

I want to let you know if you are in need of service on your car or in the market to BUY a CAR (KIA, Honda or Toyota) - you must absolutely go to Community Kia. I am on my 5th car purchased from the Elswick's, over the last 10 years. SHOUT out to - My amazing Service Advisor @Julie Nelson, took fabulous😀 care of me and my little SOUL today. I told her I needed to work while I was there waiting. She advised me "not a problem, we can do that for you". I had my own table where I was able to work and not miss a beat, for my day. The customer service is great here. All the years I have had my Kia they have always been easy to access and great at getting me the information needed.

Would highly recommend they’re so kind. They got me out of the dealership fast within maybe a good two hours max. Mooney was such a nice sales rep as well kept me up to date with my car shipment

They were very pleasant as always. You could not ask for two/ three nicer ladies in service. Three are always very attentive and get you out as quickly as possible.
