I recently bought an F150 super crew from Bozard. The reason it ended up being Bozard was their professionalism. Frankly, I have never seen a team in a domestic car dealership act this maturely before. No one was stalking me, no hard sell, finance manager courteous and knowledge…I would give an extremely enthusiastic recommendation. Specifically I found Zack, while younger in age, knowledgeable and mature - and he wasn't hunting me down to make a sale. Rick as a finance manager was one of the best I have dealt with over the years, transparent and personable. Only downside - and it wasn't for me - was I popped in to ask a question when Zack was out. I basically asked a question and shook hands with another person who then staked a 50% claim of the sale - that I didn't care for. For a Ford in North FL - I would highly recommend.

Recently had my 2014 F150 in for a minor fix. I must say the whole operation is very well run. Have to mention Piper Bueno is excellent!
