2018 ecosport, 44k mileage.
2018 ecosport, 44k mileage. Turned in for recall oil pump belt and tensioner. Picked up the car and drove it home. Noticed some odd noises. Drove it around the block today and more odd noises. Sounds like a stick hitting underneath the car. Not all the time. But frequent. Can't pinpoint where it's coming from. Sometimes right then left then center. I will take it back. It didn't do this before I turned it in.

I clicked the “Is this car still available?
I clicked the “Is this car still available?” button expecting a simple yes or no. Instead, I received a barrage of emails from the salesperson, their manager, and Cars.com itself multiple times a day. Not one of them actually answered my question. It felt less like customer service and more like being added to a marketing campaign I didn’t sign up for. I understand follow-ups, but when the original inquiry is ignored entirely, it’s frustrating and unhelpful.

We had a very positive experience from the time I submitted an online inquiry to the close of our sale. They were kind and patient enough to help my wife and I find a vehicle through text during our work day. Once we arrived in the evening we had a pleasant experience with everyone we interacted with. Due to circumstances outside of their control we ended up staying past closing to finish our sale and learn the features of our new 2025 Ford Bronco. Not a single employee mentioned it being late or complained in any way. They kept a positive attitude and as a result earned some lifetime Ford customers.
