Had an issue on my 2015 V10 motorhome not starting just before Christmas. Your service department diagnosed the problem and had it ready the Friday after Christmas. They did an outstanding job going over my coach looking for other possible problem areas. They replaced my coach battery and 4 of my house batteries.

Cameron D. was very helpful and caring. When I texted the list of my "must haves" he had a vehicle already prepared for me to test drive. He was very supportive during the purchase price as well. The only negative comment is that the new AI phone system to make appointments or obtain assistance is awful.

Excellent customer service! Will return next time! Jessica was my service advisor, and took great care of me. She let me know the status of my car the entire way through the dealership, and had it washed for me at the end.

2020 F-150 transmission replacement.
2020 F-150 transmission replacement. There were several challenges throughout this effort. Service manager Cassandra Niziolek was a consummate professional from drive-in to drive-out. She maintained regular communications with accurate and HONEST information. In regards to customer care and working diligently to minimize any burdens on my part, Ms. Niziolek?s candor & genuine care for the customer, was much appreciated, especially in an environment that can be chaotic at times. If these customer surveys are truly reviewed, then please let me recommend, that Ms. Niziolek should be recognized by her leadership for her professionalism and outstanding representative of Auto Nation.

Horrible experience! First appointment made was lost. Had to be worked in. Technician could not resolve my problem. Had to make a second appointment. 3 hours after appointment time truck taken back. Technician still stated he couldn?t reproduce concern. He avoided me intentionally so as to not go on test drive with me to reproduce issues. Technician had mouth full of tobacco while taking with me. Disgusting!

Scheduled a service appointment immediately and easily using their web portal. Was assigned Joseph as my service advisor. Joseph was knowledge, friendly and great to work with. I was also very pleased with the cost of th service. Was much less than I expected. I will definitely use AutoNation Ford Orange Park for all my future service needs.
