Braking issue was observed shortly after used car

Braking issue was observed shortly after used car purchase. Service department took my vehicle in immediately after my scheduled arrival and resolved the issue in a timely fashion. Courteous and professional.

The rear tire on the passenger side of my new CX-50 kept

The rear tire on the passenger side of my new CX-50 kept losing air. Unannounced, I went to the service entrance at Mazda City. They were busy, but agreed to check the tire. Turns out I had picked up a large nail close to the shoulder edge. The tech said it could be patched, but discussions with the service manager told me it was a close call. They gave me the option, new tire or patch the nail hole. They had a new tire in stock so I chose that. In an hour and a half I was on my way with a new tire after stopping in unannounced—thank you for the quick and courteous service.

Mazda City made buying a car easy.

Mazda City made buying a car easy. They were friendly and helpful in finding us the right car for a fair price. Mazda City is a rare gem that has customer service, transparent numbers, and people you fell good about purchasing a car from. Honestly, Mazda was not on my radar for a new car. But after shopping at other dealers that were so off putting we came back to Mazda City and purchased our third car from them. I told Neil what I was looking for and he delivered. I now have my third Mazda and I couldn’t be happier! I definitely recommend Mazda City. Ask for Neil and you cannot go wrong!

Mike was fantastic to work with.

Mike was fantastic to work with. My husband and Mike worked all details of our trade to the purchase of our new Mazda RX5 on text and email. This included photos and price negotiations. Neil and Louis were awesome.

Neil and Louis were awesome. Except for a couple of hiccups, very good buying experience. I ended up with a vehicle that I am satisfied with. Neil was very busy and took the time to answer all my questions and I appreciate that. This is my second vehicle that I have bought from the dealership and I would do it again. They’re overall very helpful and respectful. Just that dang hiccup that I felt had an impact on my total experience. But, not enough to not buy another car from them thank you Neil and Louis for all of your help.
