The day before my scheduled appointment for a "recall" issue, I called to confirm my appointment and that I had requested, and had been assured, that the courtesy van was available to take me to work after I dropped my Prius V off. I was again told there would be no problem. After dropping the car, I waited and waited where I was told to wait and no one ever approached me to tell me the van was there. After 20 minutes, and by now I am late for work, I approached the service person and she was quite surprised I was still there! It seems that the courtesy van already left without me! The service manager said he would drive me to work, which he did. I understand mistakes happen but it would appear to me that someone needs to be a little more in tune with customers' needs, requests, and time frames. Thank you.

I had an appointment for oil change/tire rotation and headlight recondition. I was met be Kelly, and he took care of me for the entire time. Kelly was a knowledgeable tech, and he was great to deal with. Had no problems, and when they were complete, Kelly took me to my vehicle, and showed me exactly what was done and asked if there were any problems. Beyond Expectations
Kelly, My Service Advisor, took care of my old 2003 Toyota Tacoma Truck which I had brought in for a Limited Service Campaign. Done within 90 minutes and I was on my way. First service on new 2015 Toyota Camry
Went in for first service on our new 2015 Toyota Camry. Was assisted shortly after arriving at dealership. Service was quick and they even washed and vacumed the car free of charge! Will take our car back when the next service is due!

Kind Staff Member
I came in at the end of the day on a Friday because my car was faltering. They allowed me to check my vehicle in so I didn't have to wait until Saturday. They quickly identified the problem and finished the work right before closing on Saturday. They waited 15 after closing for me to arrive so that I could have my car for work in Monday morning.
