I have never had a problem at this dealership in the 4

I have never had a problem at this dealership in the 4 years I've been coming. Everyone is courteous and helpful. They take the time to explain everything and don't pressure you into anything.

Key has en exceptional service staff.

Key has en exceptional service staff. They seem to drop everything to take care of my truck. I showed up at 5:30 pm with a flat and by 6:15 I drove out with a new tire and no charge. It simply could not have been better. Thank you Key and thanks to the mechanics that made it happen.

BUYER OR SELLER BEWARE

"BUYER OR SELLER BEWARE" - Key Hyundai of Jacksonville is noted for it's "bait and switch" tactics. They will advertise a specific car at a great price and then, when you show up "it's not available", even after you have called to confirm before going in. Similarly, I got a quote from them on my used Hyundai and when I went back to accept all of a sudden "I'm told there has been a shift" in the market and now it's for about half the original quote.

Not you average car dealer!

The staff of Key Hyundai continually demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. I felt comfortable from the minute I started working with my salesman. He understood my needs and never tried to “oversell”. This dealership is high on promise and high on delivery.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING YOUR CAR FOR SERVIVCE THERE!!! This morning I took my Elantra in for a service that was Elantras 2017 and 2018 are known for - Coils and Spark Plugs - to go bad. I had previously taken my car there for the same repair. However, this time my car odometer reads 100 miles over the warranty and right of the bat,, Kyle, the service person, told me a Diagonostick Fee would be charged!!! How come a diagnostic fee can be charged and even a repair for a known issue and just a 100 miles over the warranty. The issue happened once before and I was traveling when the issue happened, what am I supposed to do? Interrupt my trip and leave my car, whatever am I? Asked to talk to a manager and for sure, not available and would take 2 hours to be able to talk to her / him. I'm sure if I would be buying the car they would show up right the way! If I could give half star, I would. DO NOT TAKE OR BUY YOUR CAR FROM THERE!

Fair price, great service, perfect car

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. The sales manager was friendly but unable to negotiate the price very much.
