I came in with an unusual firmware issue in one of the electrical modules in my Jaguar XE, and left with an unmatched positive experience — and a fully fixed issue (11/10)! Every member of the team here at Jaguar was reasonable, professional, and extremely understanding. From service advisor Dan to service manager Kevin and the technicians, they carefully listened, kept me informed, and explored every option to resolve the problem. They even went above and beyond by contacting manufacturer support to ensure the best solution. In the end, they solved the issue in a very cost-effective way, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of true professional problem-solving!

I spoke with my service advisor back in April and discussed several dents & scratches on the paint. He failed to contact the necessary parties for repair and failed to communicate the need for a loaner vehicle. I live 3 hours away from Jacksonville. I was told that I would need to come back next month, July 7th, for the rest of the service to be completed. I voiced my concern for the poor customer service and it wasn’t taken seriously. The service advisor could care less! He acted as if he was hearing my concerns for the first time. I would advised anyone to purchase their vehicle from a dealership that respects and appreciates All of their customers. Land Rover of Jacksonville, FL employs staff who does not!
