Chris--Firstly, we apologize for not completely exceeding your expectations. It's our entire purpose. Your coverage provided for 14 services (oil change and tire rotations) total. You brought your vehicle in for the 14th and final service August 24, 2024. The plan you purchased breaks down to $49 per service with tax which is a huge savings over the regular price of $92 per service. Although you expended the total service opportunities for the coverage, you saved $593 by choosing to purchase that service agreement.
Ms Jamie helped me in the service dept.
Ms Jamie helped me in the service dept. She is an asset to the company. She does a great job and is bery helpful. She makes sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. I know I am going to be taken care of when i come to get service done and she is my service rep. I just love her.

Wonderful to hear, Angela! Thank you so much for sharing and giving a shoutout to an important member of our Northpark team. We truly appreciate you and every opportunity to serve you.
Backs Away From OBVIOUS Warranty ISSSUES
According to Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan ...it is absolutely normal for your exhaust to smell like AMMONIA! I was told they all do-especially the newer models 🙄 Time to take it to another dealership. I've have already been to Eddie Tourelle's 3 times about this issue and hear the same xx. The service manager called me a few days after my 3rd visit to tell me that he had a brand new vehicle arrive with only 2 miles on it that had a strong smell ammonia just like mine does. And then reminded that is normal and not to worry. My vehicle is in tip top shape 😅🤣

This review is concerning a vehicle at our sister store Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Hyundai, not Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan. These stores operate independently. As such, the issue being rated here is one for the manufacturer. Northpark Hyundai's staff has worked to address the issue to the best of their abilities.

I got my new Murano thank you Marty Tauzier. I have dealt with Eddie Turelle's since 1998 and each time I have been very satisfied. Marty answered all of my questions and took time to work through the deal. He got everything together for me and here I am driving my NEW Murano.

Awesome! Thank you for being a long-time member of our Northpark family. We really appreciate the dedication you've shown our team over the years. It's what makes shopping with Northpark so different!
great customer service
Car was priced nicely. Second guessed the purchase and it got away from me. Sales rep experience was great. They even offered to contact me if they got a hold to another one. They were very willing to work with me unlike another dealership which I will not name.

Great to hear we were the best dealer for your car shopping, Courtland! Thank you for choosing Northpark and welcome to our Northpark family!
Questionable business practices
Purchased my new pcar 1/30; traded in my vehicle. As of 3/21, the bank has yet to receive the payoff for my old vehicle. Gary Vick gives new meaning to the term “car salesman”, as does the entire team at Northpark Nissan. Do yourself a favor and keep driving right past this dealership. Will never do business with them again.

Mr. Smith, firstly we apologize for what appears to be a confusing situation in getting your out-of-state pay-off completed. Oklahoma operates very different from Louisiana so when our accounting department sees a title in a customer's paperwork they assume the vehicle was paid off. Oklahoma issues titles at the time of sale which Louisiana does not. We have since resolved this issue for you. We hope you can update your review to better reflect your overall experience. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to reach out to us at (985) 893-0079 or northpark@northparkautos.com

Thank you, Gary! Chris really is a big contributor to our team. Thank you for choosing Chris and Northpark!
I was bribed and ripped off of over $6,000 !!!
Back in December of 2015 I purchased an '15 Altima S Special Edition - loved the car and the salesmen helped me get a good deal on it. But over time the nearly $600 monthly notes were financially killing me. A few months after I return to Northpark to see if they could help me to see about lowering my monthly notes. They told me to try to continue paying my notes on time and after a year come back and I could refinance the car, thus making my notes a little cheaper. A year later I returned and the financial advisor pawned me off to a salesmen - which I thought was odd because I wasn't there to "buy" anything. He explained to me that my car needed to be appraised and that can only happen through the salesman. So while we're sitting in the little office of the salesman, getting info on my car, he kept asking me over and over again, "what car you're interested in purchasing?" Each time I answered I'm not here to buy a car, I'm just wanting to refinance - he would have a puzzled look on his face. After a while, after he left to speak to whoever he left to spoke to, he comes back to tell me that my notes wouldn't be all that different if I refinance. But there's tons of rebates plus a sale on the 2017 Altima's. After my trade in of my 2015, my notes should be cheaper then what I'm currently paying. At first I held my guns. But was told I would get over $3,000 back from the extended warranty on my 2015, plus over $2,000 for the life insurance I had on the loan, over $300 for the prepaid maintenance, and $580 monthly note that I had with me but didn't send it in yet for that particular month. "You'd get those cancellation checks in 4-6 weeks and can comeback place it down on the loan, which will lower the monthly notes even more. I gave in although the monthly note on the 2017 was $40 more then what I was already struggling to pay. Plus not to mention my 2015 Altima had the gun metal rims, remote auto start, XM radio, and rear spoiler - the new one did not. My 2015 had the Special Edition package, the 2017 was just an plain S model in comparison, but to save a few bucks a month I caved in and agreed believing what they sold - big mistake on by behalf. Three months went by and still no checks. I called Nissan and they said I have to go through the dealer for that. Called Northpark and was told that my cancellations checks was used as my down payment on the new car I have now. WHAT?! The ONLY thing that was supposed to be used as a down payment for the car was my $580 monthly payment I had on me at the time. The insurance, extended warranty, and prepaid maintenance was supposed to come to ME - that was the agreement. Plus the figures don't add up right if in fact the money that was suppose to come back to me was indeed used. Theres no proof, on there part that that money was used as a down payment other then the $580 cash I gave them at the time of the sale. In other words, they kept those three checks that was suppose to come to me. So buyer beware. I now have an attorney and a suit has been filed.
