Had air put in my tires and the tech damaged the valve stem by pushing the gauge too far in. Went back because the tire pressure was getting lower as I drove. They heard the hissing and said they didn't have anyone around for the day (around 1:30) to fix it, very poor business practice.

Terrible work ethic!
Took my Yukon in for fuel injection repair. They kept my vehicle for nine and a half weeks and never did anything to fix it. During repeated phone calls, we caught Scott Blackman in one lie after another. When we would confront him about his lies, he would backtrack his stories and come up with excuses. Reported all this to GM whom we have an extended warranty with and they confirmed that Scott was not following through on his end anything that needed to be done in order for GM to pay. Dishonest and incompetent! Prior to this, I had a tail light go out and asked him to replace it. After picking up my Yukon, the light was still out. He never changed it and lied and said that he did. Again, dishonest and incompetent!

Very disappointed!!!
Bought a used 2014 Buick Verano, in less than a year from purchasing the hood turned very dull and clear coat appeared to have scratches all over it, then the top, and trunk. After bringing to a paint specialist, it was determined the paint was the original manufacture paint however the clear coat was basically gone. I brought in and spoke with my sales person Wilson which routed me to the Service Manager. Immediately upon laying eyes on my car, the sales manager agreed it was clearly a manufacturer issue. He took pics. Needless to say they ALL dropped the ball on my complaint and nothing was ever done and it gets worse everyday. I tried following up several times because someone was flying in and they wanted me on standby incase I needed to bring in. They got the days mixed up when I called to check the status. It was one excuse after another.

Honda Pilot
As I live in almost 100 miles from this dealer I inquired online. I asked if there was any room on the price as it seemed high for vehicle with a low trim level and high mileage. I was told : "Wilson Rougeau Price is a reduced price, and is best we can do." so I did not pursue the matter further.

Would Not Buy from Anyone Else
I was being assigned to a project in Billings, Mt and needed a type of vehicle that could handle any type of weather and road conditions. And I needed it fast. With Gary Blackman's help, my needs were filled with the purchase of a 2012 GMC Yukon XL 4 wheel drive. Drove the 1800 miles from Lake Charles to Billings without any problems. What snow and ice I did encounter was easily traversed. Just want to say thanks Gary for a great vehicle.
