Worst experience ever with service department . 3 times and car is still broke down and they won't make it right. They charged to fix things that didn't need it and missed the problem that the car has. And very rude! Will be contacting lawyer and business bureau. Would recommend them to my enemies.

The sales manager Kevin promotes bad behaviors from his employees. Alan Howard is extremely rude and belligerent . I dropped off my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation to be returned to me. I contacted Alan about my vehicle return and was informed my vehicle was returned. I informed Alan that I was outside and didn’t see my vehicle. I walked out and looked down the street to see my vehicle parked by a dumpster. Mr Alan rudely announced I’m glad you found you car and hung up. After talking to the service manager he’s as cocky rude and belligerent as Alan! Patronizing this company is dead!The continuation of dealing with ignorant cocky belligerent individuals who don’t appreciate your business is DONE!
