Had to keep calling when I had t heard in a week.
Had to keep calling when I had t heard in a week. Left messages for service rep and it wasn?t returned. Called again the next day and thankfully someone else looked it up for me.

I am not satisfied. need a pre owned truck (F150), I was taken aback when shopping in this area. Guess I'll hang on to my 2014 F150 for now. Thank you so much for hearing me out.

We went to get a smaller truck and went home with a Ford Ranger. Kortnee helped us through the purchase process. She listened when we asked to get through purchase quickly. We did not have to wait around all day. Very pleased with our Ranger and the whole experience.
