Always friendly service.

Always friendly service. The technicians should actually READ THE WORK ORDER!!! I specifically asked them to NOT top-off my windshield washer fluid. I had to make them drain half of it so I could refill with my own washer fluid. This is four times in a row!!! Summer Harden even highlighted my request on the work order and they still failed to comply with my request.
